Roll a Con Save DC 17.

Crimson Counter: When you hit with a successful melee attack with this weapon, you may expend up to 3 charges from the weapon to deal 1d8 of fire damage per charge consumed. Powerful Glow: The blade, red cloth on the hilt, and all red on the user's body glows red while the blade has charges. The blade also sheds crimson light depending on the number of charges.(this light is not visible to creatures with darkvision that specifies shades of gray)

2 charges: 10ft dim light
3+ charges: 5ft bright light, and 10ft dim light
