While attuned to these rune-covered hand wraps, whenever you hit a creature with a Radiant Sun Bolt, the creature is Wrangled (custom condition described below). Keeping a creature Wrangled in this way requires and takes up one hand, as if using a one-handed weapon with it. Whenever you use your action to pull a creature Wrangled by you 5 feet closer, you can do so to all creatures Wrangled by you instead of just one, and you use your Wisdom instead of your Strength. Checks made by creatures Wrangled in this way to manipulate or escape the Wrangle are made against your Ki save DC instead of being contested against your own check. You are proficient in all checks made to manipulate the Wrangling.

When a creature is Wrangled by you, the following rules apply:

• Their arms are pinned; they cannot make melee weapon attacks, cannot use two-handed ranged weapons, make one-handed ranged weapon attacks with disadvantage, and cannot cast spells with somatic components.
• They cannot move farther away from you; they can drag you at half their speed with a successful Athletics check contested against your Strength check.
• As an action, they can try to break the Wrangle with a successful Athletics or Acrobatics check contested against your Strength check.
• You can use your action to pull them 5 feet closer to you by succeeding a Strength check contested against their Athletics check.
