Wondrous Item, uncommon
This item if inhaled the recipient must make a Wisdom saving throw of 14 or better or go unconscious and be knocked prone. They will stay unconscious and lose 1HP per round on each Failed Wisdom save on the end of the creatures turn.
The Creature can also be healed for 5HP or more to regain its abilities or pass the Wisdom Save.
