Wondrous Item, varies (requires attunement by a Can only be attuned by Mark's Character)

When this reliquary is on your person you are able to harvest the souls of those whom you've dealt necrotic damage to. This reliquary has an AC of 19, 5 hitpoints, and resistance to all forms of damage. Your reliquary can be used as your spell casting focus.

For single target spells 1/2 of the necrotic damage dealt is stored in a pool of healing energy in your reliquary; for multi-target spells treat it as 1/4 of damage dealt. This feature does not work on necrotic damage dealt to constructs or the undead. Your reliquary can only hold 10 + 2x Your Level in points of healing energy in it's pool.

As an action, you can pour healing energy onto a creature's wounds to restore a number of Hit Points, up to the maximum amount remaining in the pool. This feature does not work on constructs or the undead. Also as an action you may spend at minimum 10 points of your healing energy to cast Inflict Wounds without consuming a spellslot, you can upcast Inflict Wounds using 10 additional points per level.

At 6th level whenever a creature dies within 30 feet of you, you can use your reaction to target the dying creature capturing the final life essences of that creature into your reliquary (2d6+Int mod). This feature increases to 3d6+Int Mod at 10th level, and 4d6+Int Mod at 14th level. This feature does not work on constructs or the undead.

At 10th level You can now heal targets with the reliquary's healing pool as a bonus action instead of an action. As an action you may also use up to 15 points from the pool to target to heal a creature within 30 feet of you.

At 14th level You are able to create Specters from the life forces found within your reliquary. As an action, you create a Specter whose HP is equal to the amount of healing energy spent from the pool, they take their turn on your initiative count behind you. These specters obey your commands, and the necrotic damage dealt by their attacks fills your reliquary (if they didn't damage a construct or undead). You can have a number of specter's equal to your proficiency modifier.

If your reliquary were to ever break may use 50gp of materials to fix it during a long rest. If you reliquary is ever obliterated (such as the effects of a disintergrate spell) you must perform a lengthy ritual to create a new one. (I haven't thought this out yet, but at the same time I doubt it will ever come up)

 

 

CURSE OF 115 1 -40, 25 - 30 50 -20 100 - 10

You are affected by the Curse of 115. This curse allows 115 to always know your location. If you are within 100 miles of 115 at the end of a long rest take 5 unpreventable necrotic damage. This damage increase the closer 115 is to you: 50 miles equals 10 damage, 25 miles equal 20 damage, and within 1 mile is 30 damage. You gain a level of exhaustion for every 10 points of damage you take. This damage can only be prevented using the pool of healing energy found within your reliquary, 1 point of healing energy equates to 1 point of damage.
