A rune holding all the locations in the universe, the space rune can rip holes in reality and bring anyone wherever they please, and is guarded by the ranger Phareel. While attuned to the Space Rune your Wisdom becomes 30, but cannot be increased by any means.

Charges. The Space Rune has 30 charges, and regains 2d10 + 2 daily at dawn. You can cast the following spells without material components by expending a certain number of charges. You may cast Teleport at the cost of 1 charge per creature teleported including yourself. Additionally; you can cast Plane Shift, but must expend 2 charges per creature teleported including yourself. You can cast Demiplane instantaneously using 8 charges, and Banishment at 5th level for 5. Your Spell Save Dc for these spells is 17.

Innate Spellcasting. You can cast the Misty Step and Dimension Door spells at will.

Notes: Set: Wisdom Score, a creature with Wis 18 or higher, can only be attuned to by a creature of level 12 / Cr21 or higher
