A magical stone that, when thrown while uttering the incantation, becomes a small mysterious Japanese style hut containing a pocket dimension.  Upon entering the hut, you see a large, beefy human librarian sitting behind a desk surrounded by rows upon rows of book shelves and display cases for various items extending beyond sight.  Items may be removed from the library.

This hut cannot be summoned during combat.  If you attempt to rest inside the hut it is dispelled and you find yourself back outside.  The hut must fit in the confines of the space you are in.  Only the owner may enter the building, which lasts for 30 minutes before fading away.
