This dragon scale armor is wreathed in shadowy flames, and gives its wearer several of the properties of shadow dragons as a result. While wearing this armor, you gain a +3 bonus to AC, you have advantage on saving throws against the Frightful Presence and breath weapons of dragons, and you have resistance to necrotic damage.

Additionally, you can focus your senses as an action to magically discern the distance and direction to the closest shadow dragon within 30 miles of you. This special action can't be used again until the next dawn.

In addition, your green-flame blade spell, if any, now has a range of 30ft instead of 5ft, and its flame color is now dark shadowy purple instead of green, as is also now the color of your produce flame spell, if any.

This armor does not impose disadvantage on stealth checks due to it being wreathed in shadows.

This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
