You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
When you hit a creature with this dagger it attempts to syphon spell power from them. If you hit a creature by surpassing it's AC by at least 2 you syphon a spell slot from them. The spell slot level is based on how much you surpassed their AC by. Surpassing by 2-3 syphons a 1st level spell slot, by 4-5 a 2nd level spell slot, by 6-7 a 3rd level spell slot and so on. A creature who doesn't have that level of spell slot available loses no spell slots.
If you are attuned to this dagger, have the spellcasting or pact magic feature, and have access to at least the level of spell slot syphoned in this way, you can add this spell slot to your spells slots. This slot is available for the next 10 minutes or until you use this feature again.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
