While attuned this weapon, for ever 10 HP of your maximum HP gain 1 ac. You may use an action and spend 1 HP to use the abilities bellow:
[ Noxious drip ] If you are outside 10 feet of the target roll a Hit Die with +3 + Dexterity in a range of 120ft in a straight line. On hit deal 1D12 + 1D4 Necrotic or ice damage (The higher damage is chosen, if tied the user may chose). You may spend up to another 4HP to add XD4 Necrotic or ice damage to the attack.
[ Necrotic plunge ] If you are inside 5 feet of the target roll a hit die with +5 +strength in a reach of 5ft. On hit deal 3D4 Necrotic or ice damage (The higher damage is chosen, if tied the user may chose). You may spend up to another 5HP to add XD4 Necrotic or ice damage to the attack.
[ Wave of demise ] Once per long rest add 2 ac for the next 3 rounds. Push all creatures in a 20feet spherical radius ( with you as the centre ) 50feet away from you with water. If they are stopped before going the hole 50 feet deal 1D6 necrotic or ice damage to them (The higher damage is chosen, if tied the user may chose). You may spend up to another 10HP to add another X ac for the next 2 turns.
X = the amount of HP spent.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
