The Shield of Retribution is a beautiful polished silver and marble shield. It is exquisitely crafted and shows no signs of wear.

The wearer gains a +1 to AC, and when a creature misses them with a melee attack, they may react to blast with arcane force causing 4d6 force damage. If the creature fails a strength saving throw against their spell DC, it is also pushed back 20 feet. (Note: if you do not have a spell save DC, the DC is 8 + your proficiency + your choice of your Charisma, Intelligence, or Wisdom modifier)

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
