Intricate designs of light blue and black weave along the length of both dark blue wraps for a fighters fists and arms.
Every time you deal damage from an unarmed attack, the wraps gain 1 charge, to a maximum of 10.
Whenever you go 10 minutes without connecting with an unarmed attack, the wraps begin to lose 1 charge per minute.
As a bonus action on your turn, you may spend a number of charges to activate one of the Wraps' abilities.
Storm Touched (2 charges): For the next minute, all your melee weapon attacks deal lightning damage instead of their regular damage. Your melee weapon attacks count as magical in regards to resistances.
Thunderstruck (3 Charges): Until the start of your next turn, your attacks deal an extra 1d8 lightning damage, and you may push a target that is within 5 feet of you 10 feet away. The target must make a DC 13 Dexterity save or be knocked prone.
Lightning Strike (6 Charges): As an action, you may cast Lightning Bolt at 3rd level. The save for this spell is 10 + your wisdom modifier.
Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
