Zorcon had Many Apprentices, None lasted long - either hey didn't "get it man, the joke you know... The joke man."  or they tried to play with one of his toys, usually this killed them, especially his castle grey skull set, you do NOT touch it.Not a fan of having his toys messed with he would put  these devices  all over his Lab. If detect Magic is cast on them they appear to be A ' Wand Of Fear' (DMG) A little JOke to Amuse Zorcon.  

However the instant the command word is spoken  1 of the following  6 things will happen. Roll A D6

1.  A Magic Mouth will appear on the creature holding he wand, to put it delicacy near the poop exit. and Start reciting the following "Help, Help - I'm trapped in hear I am a fairy and he/she shoved me up hear for his/her sick pleasure . . . I know where there is treasure lots of treasure...  Get me out I'll take you to it.. Oh god it reeks in here HELP" The Spell will continue p[ermanently reciting the message over and over until Dispelled. 

2. Web is cast the explosion of Goowy web is the wielder's hand and all over him/her, until she he can free her/him self

3. Fireball explodes in the wielders hand as if cast with a 9th level spell slot

4.  Wielder must make Wisdom Save or be polymorphed into a Galago "BusyBaby" effect is permanent until dispelled. 

5. Wielder teleported 1 mile in 1 of six directions.  Roll D6  1. Up 2. Down  3.North 4 South 5. West  6 East

6. A Galago "BushBaby" in a top hat Appear and casts 1 wish spell for the creature holding the want then vanishes

No matter the effect , as soon as the effect takes place the wand randomly teleports to another Treasure Hoard some where else on the same lane of existence.
