This item can be usually found at least once along the streets in most larger settlements and act as sending stations for a giant mail system. The bell atop doesn't ring unless done purposefully. If the bell on the perch is rug a zummingbird will appear atop. This zummingbird can carry an object up to 1 ounce in weight (approximately a large letter) and if given a gold piece will deliver the object to whoever the sender wishes within the next 10 days depending on the distance. If the object is refused by the receiver it will be returned to the sender. If the receiver is dead or otherwise unavailable the object will be given to whomever the bird deems "next of kin" the bird can deliver underwater or in caves but is unable to deliver in other planes of existence. Multiple zummingbirds can be summoned to carry larger objects if each bird is given a gold piece. If a Zummingbird is given a platinum piece, the delivery will be made by the end of the day. The perch can only be broken by magical means. The perch is broken, unassembled, or moved the magical power returns to the Rainbow Titan Feather.
