Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement by a by a druid or ranger)

Once a part of a world tree this root is still imbued with its magical power, granting it various powers and properties.
The wood of this item weighs half as much as normal wood while being tougher than steel.
Each day at dawn the root randomly sprouts a few small decorative flowers, fungi or nuts, depending on your location and season, revealing its deep connection with nature.

When you attune to this item it wraps around one of your arms (your choice) like a bracelet and cannot be unwillingly removed by nonmagical means.

The root has the ability to grow and transform, as a bonus action you can speak a command word and have it assume the corresponding form (see the list below).

The item keeps the new form until you use a bonus action to speak the command word again or until dropped.
You can change its form once as if you were drawing a weapon, provided it is the first turn of a battle and the target form is Elenar, Aldir or Zhil.

In addition, you can use this item as a spellcasting focus for your druid and ranger spells, regardless of its form.

If dropped, the item quickly reverts to its standard root-like appearance.

Elenar: This magic longbow has the ability to create its own arrows. When drawing this bow with no arrow you can have it sprout a new one. An arrow created this way quickly withers shortly after it lands.

Aldir: This branch-like magic quarterstaff is extremely light, making it easier to swing around and gain momentum.

Zhil: This magic wooden dagger is able to secrete a small amount of poison, dealing an additional 1d4 poison damage with each strike.

Toph: This shield has a wooden bark-like appearance.

Belhir: This magical flute has a sweet and harmonious sound. While you are playing it, small illusory fireflies float within a 5-foot-radius sphere centered on the instrument.

Optional rule:
The root thrives the more you are connected with nature. Whenever you reach a combined level of 6 in druid or ranger classes you gain a +1 to attack and damage rolls and the CA bonus of this item forms, as well as a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of your druid and ranger spells. These bonuses increase to +2 at level 12 and +3 at level 18.
