You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls on unarmed attacks made while wearing these linen wraps on your hands, forearms, and lower legs. The wraps are purple and decorated with elaborate patterns that, no matter how you view them, depict the roaring heads of lions. You can choose to deal piercing, slashing, or bludgeoning damage with your unarmed attacks. Once per day, you can end the frightened condition on yourself without using the Stillness of Mind ability.

Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
