This piece of finely crafted jewelry appears Drow in origin, a dark leather band adorned with black jewels and crested by a large crystalline serpent. It's mouth is open and its fangs look almost as if made of coalesced shadow. To those who look upon it, a growing sense of unease washes over them, almost as if the serpent is looking back at them. Somehow, this band fits any who try to put it on but many immediately remove it, saying it feels as if they wrapped smooth scales around them. Delicate, almost indecipherable words are carved into the serpent in a flowing script.
While wearing this armband, you gain a +1 bonus to AC.
As a bonus action, the wearer can recite the inscription, invoking the power resting in the armband which generates an exquisite gown of black spider silk adorned with softly glowing blue gemstones cascading from an ornate brooch. This gown weights almost nothing and magically mends itself to counteract daily wear and tear, cleaning the garment as the magic works. This outfit is considered light armor and comes complete with coordinating shoes and masquerade-styled mask. Although magical in origin, this elegant ensemble resists the effect of anti-magic fields but the lesser powers are still rendered inert.
The gown has a hidden pocket for poison or acid vials and sheaths built in for small daggers. The pouch can safely carry two poison vials without risk of accidental use.
Once a day, the wearer may cast Dancing Blade which animates the daggers within the dress. Once each round as a free action, you can direct the blade to attack an adjacent foe (a weapon with reach can attack a foe 10 feet away). The weapon's bonus on attack rolls is equal to your caster level + your key ability modifier, plus any enhancement bonus the weapon might have. It deals damage equal to the normal damage of the weapon, plus your key ability modifier and any enhancement bonus or other bonus on damage inherent in the weapon.
The weapon attacks once per round. Despite the spell's name, it works on any melee weapon (not just blades). While your weapon is dancing, it cannot make attacks of opportunity, and you are not considered armed with the weapon. It remains in your space and accompanies you everywhere, whether you move by physical or magical means. The weapon cannot be disarmed.
Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
Notes: Bonus: Armor Class, Requires three 10 minute sessions of mediation, focused on the serpentine design and reciting the inscription aloud. Upon the third session, the wearer feels an intense wave of claustrophobia pass over them and they began to feel trapped in their own skin, as coils tighten around them. They must pass a DC 15 Wisdom save: if successful, the wearer feels as if they have shed their fears and is now free. If unsuccessful, the wearer violently attempts to remove the jewelry and the process must be restarted., Utility, Combat, Deception
