In any case you can make inbound calls and texts to any student registered at Exeter Academy easy! Email also works but takes a full day to send if it's Outbound. Unfortunately downloading takes forever, printing is easier, go to your nearest computer lab for printing. But watchout! The lab techs are crazy about the amount you can print.

Through your Cell phone you will be able to cast GPS (Guiding Hand) as a ritual and Message at will when holding this item. Once per day you can find the perfect spot, where your data bars are at their max and cast Sending through Your Cell Phone!.

Unfortunately there's no silent option and the GPS Guiding Hand is pretty pushy. Attuning to this item grants you disadvantage on stealth checks.
