Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo depicts "a halfling family, three kids, a mother and what appears to be an adolescent Yuri, without any piercings and significantly shorter horns. The kids all stand in plain white shirts and pants, evidently their best clothing, and the mother is in a simple sundress. They stand in front of a one bedroom wooden cottage, in the distance a farm can be seen, in addition to some buildings indicating a town."

Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin. If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space.

Within 1000 feet of the guy/creature, the tattoo is very bright, and his whole body feels this warmth. Within 100 feet of the guy/creature, the tattoo has three charges of Bless which can be used as a bonus action. These charges recharge after a long rest.
