Weapon (longbow), rare (requires attunement by a Spend an hour attuning to this weapon.)

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

This finely crafted longbow emits a faint ghostly silver-blue glow, and feels as if it could fade at any moment.

This bow holds 5 charges, and regains 1d4 + 1 charges at dawn. Once per action you may expend a charge when attacking a target to summon a spectral arrow that deals 1d6 psychic damage. The spectral arrow can target the primary target, or any hostile within 15ft of the initial target.

Additionally, the longbow can store a spell cast by the wielder, or by an ally. If you make an attack with the bow, as a bonus action you can choose to unleash the stored spell. The spell can only target the target of the attack made with the bow. Area of Effect spells, such as Fireball, can still be cast, though the explosion must be centred on the target of the main attack.

The longbow can only cast a stored spell once per day, though the stored spell can be changed any number of times. Changing the stored spell does not refresh the charge. The spell uses the original casters spell casting modifier.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
