An outfit worn by Pumpkin, the greatest sheriff in all the land. Carrying this talisman grants you a mere fraction of his awesome power and allows you initiate a Pumpkin Banana Party.  Once per day as an Action, you can use the talisman to summon a banana for every ally within 20 ft of you. The banana appears in their hand (or something else if the creature does not have hands, DM's discretion). Anyone who eats the banana gains +1 to their initiative for the remainder of the day. Any banana's that have not been consumed by the end of the day will burst into a pile of mealworms and millet.
