Centuries ago there lived a weaver, one who was so dedicated to their craft that many would travel thousands of miles for a chance to obtain one of their magic items. Many believed them to be a god in disguise due to their skill and craftmanship in everything that they made, for what mortal could possibly find a way to weave their creations to such perfection? One day, two adventurers who believed the weaver to be nothing more than a con artist, appeared before the weaver, they commissioned the weaver to make an item for each of them. Something that would compliment their abilities as a rogue and a warlock, so the weaver got to work. They first created a cloak, utilizing strands of pure shadow and infusing it with illusions, one that would allow any rogue to better stalk their target. Then, utilizing the scraps left over, they weaved a cowl and called upon the Fiend, Archfey and Great Old One, utilizing a strand of each of their power to complete the cowl. when the adventurers returned they were shocked at the craftsmanship and happily paid the weaver, leaving with the items would later be referred to as the Cloak Of The Blood Lily, and the Shadow Masters Cowl. For centuries after the owners of these magical items died, many adventurers and treasure hunters have gone searching for the fabled items and returned empty handed, claiming them to be only a myth.
