This sweater can only be worn by a Small or Tiny creature.  The creature must be either a beast or familiar.

While wearing this sweater, a creature has resistance to cold damage.  Additionally, whenever it spends hit dice during a short rest to regain hit points, it can regain an additional 1d8 hit points.
