While both attuned to this item and using it as an arcane focus, you have 2 Sorcery Points and are considered to have the Subtle Spell metamagic ability. These sorcery points can add to a pool of already existing sorcery points but cannot be exchanged for spell slots or used for any other metamagic ability besides Subtle Spell.
