A world item granted to the guild Ainz ooal gown for completion of the great tomb of nazarick on the first run sitting upon this throne made of black obsidian allows the seated to see the health, mana(spell slots) and conditions and afflictions on all allies within whatever building or base it is situated inside this item prevents any attempt at divination on the owners property and allies and allows the user to cast scrying with all bonuses available from the spell at will upon any creature inside of the owners base or property while the throne of kings is inside it and being sat upon by the owner to become the owner of this item you must sit upon it for at least 1 hour and think of your property/base and all the areas in which you want it to take effect
