This yo-yo will deal 1hp to a monster within 10ft of the player, if it hits, roll a dex check that has to be 11 or over, if the player passes, they will get a chance to hit another monster and deal 1hp, but if it misses, the Yo-Yo returns to the players hand. This item is really fun for a finishing blow to a bbeg. It also provides very good entertainment just using it normally. The modifier to hit is your half your level and always rounds up.

The boomerang is a ranged weapon, and any creature proficient with the javelin is also proficient with this weapon.

On a miss, a boomerang returns to the thrower's hand.
