The Ring Is Made out of Jasper and Celestial Bronze from the gods, A strong and powerful mixture the ring is hard to break but it is not to powerful because even if the ring slows down the world a bit it can fail at times.

 For example you can only slow down the world once every two days and it has a duration of about one or two hours which isn't bad, but a speed potion that is being used can cause problems because the enemy that is using it will be a lot quicker then they were before.

The Ring is usually used in emergencies by the keeper of times.
