when attuned is capable of summing a lighning bolt as conduiet and throwing the lighting bolt in weapon form.

the lightning bolt charge is extend to 3 uses per day, once all 3 charges are used the user must roll a D20+intelect modifer. if below a 5 the weapon explodes in a flash causing radius of 5 meters. people withing this radius must roll a d6 for lighning damge if they fail a dc 14 dexterity saving throw.

the charges regenerate on a daily period from use at dawn. when using lighning bolt ability user must make a D20+intelect modifer check. if below 8 the user is struck with lighting and must roll a D12+2 for lighting damage.

damage for lightning bolt is D12+2 for lighting damage.

Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
