A potion of black bile with a silver outline that shimmers as it sloshes.  If throwing this potion, make a ranged weapon attack.  If this potion is consumed or applied, a character may make a Constitution DC 14 save, or take 1d10 Necrotic Damage.  The damage is halved if successful.  The character gains 1 Action surge they may use at any time within the next minute.  After one minute, the effect wears off.
