A searing light emits from within this bottle.  It is recommended that you conceal it within your clothing when attempting to be stealthy.  Make a ranged weapon attack when throwing this potion.  On contact, the potion explodes in a 20 foot radius.  Any creatures within line of sight of the explosion must pass a Constitution saving throw of DC 14, or gain the conditions blinded and deafened for the duration of 2 turns or 12 seconds.
