Wondrous Item, legendary
A shield, meaning for offensive casting/bashing. The shield is a golden color decorated with phoenix feathers that can't be damaged. The shield itself is similar to a kite shield. It's front is embroidered with a black dragon's head resting on the universal representation of how 'Zakaria' might look. 
 The artifact itself can be leveled up, allowing different abilities to unlock as it does.
Level 3 - The shield can allow the user to be able to cast a spell while also bashing. Shield bashing and spell casting are one action. 
Level 4 - The shield aligns to the user's strongest element at the time and grants a 5-25% increase in defense of the strongest element, while only granting a 1-5% increase to other physical/magical elements. In order to get the max effect of the shield, you must 'feed' the black dragon's head meat or bones, regardless of race. The values decrease every 5 in game hours, strongest effect by 5%, minor effect by 1%. The shield can only receive a single feeding, 1lbs, once an hour. 
Level 5 - Unique effect - Zakaria's love. Grants the user wings made of fire that can either allow flight for five seconds, or boosts damage of a single attack/spell by 10-20% based on feedings.
Level 6 - The shields' ‘Zakaria’ can be fed gemstones to give temporary blessings. 
Rubies - Flame blessing - Immunity to fire for five turns.
Sapphire - Water blessing - Water breathing for 5 mins.
Emerald - Air blessing - Immunity to wind based magics for five turns.
Diamond - Earth blessing - Stone held or thrown becomes hard as diamond.
Obsidian - Zakaria’s Blessing - Cast a spell of ‘primordial flame’ that deals 2d10 damage to an opponent, and inflicts burning regardless of fire immunity.
Other unspecified Stones - Increase damage of spell/shield bash by 5% for a single attack action.
Only one blessing can be active at once.
Level 8 - Elemental defense effect from 5-25% increased to 5-50%
Other defense effects from 1-5% to 5-10%.
Value decreases from 5 hours to 10 hours.
Shield can be fed 2lbs, for 2% increases, every hour.
Level 9 - Blessings amplified
Flame - Gains additional fire damage to spells of any kind casted, lasts five turns.
Water - Can turn liquid within 5 feet radius frozen solid (includes enemies blood)
Air - Can create a barrier of pressurized wind around the wielder within a 3 foot radius of them. Barrier deals 1d10 damage to close combat enemies, and defends against fire/water spells, but not earth.
Earth Blessing - Any material held by the user receives hardness akin to diamond, if not harder than diamond.
Zakaria’s Blessing - Shield gains ‘Dark Flame’ enchant allowing shield bashes/blocks to destroy/counter spells of/at opponents for 5 turns.
Other Blessing - From 5% becomes 10%
Level 10 - Wrath of the war Goddess - When downed, and failed saving throw, ability activates, fully heals wielder, but puts them into a berserk like state, attacking foe and enemy alike for three turns, until becoming incompacitated for 5 turns. Ability recharge rate - 1 day.
