A more compact form of poseidon's gift to athens. This gift gives you an endless supply of water. 

Using the water from this gift you can attack at range by sending up to 3 icy daggers once per turn in the direction of an enemy each doing 1d6 on a failed DC 15 con save or half as much on a succesful save.

In addition you can use the waters to heal allies or protect yourself or an ally for 1d6 respectively. Up to a number of times equal to double your proficiency multiplier. 

You can also make small crystaline sculptures out of the salty waters similar to that of Prestidigitation
