Weapon (rapier), legendary (requires attunement)

This elegant and mighty weapon has been killing devils for generations. While attuned, this weapon grants a +2 to attack and damage rolls with the sword and a +2 to your AC, and you may add your proficiency bonus to attack rolls even if this weapon is wielded in your off-hand. While holding this blade, you have a resistance to fire damage. This weapon has 12 charges and reagins 2d6 charges after each long rest. A charge can be used to cast either absorb elements as a reaction or booming blade as part of an attack at their lowest level. For each additional charge spent on either spell, the spells level increases by 1 stage. Additionally, you may use your reaction to take an attack of opportunity on an enemy within 5 ft of you who has damaged you this round. This weapon also has the light property.

Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.

Notes: Bonus: Melee Attacks, Bonus: Armor Class, Finesse, Vex
