The Sharingan or, The Copy Wheel Eye, is a powerful Dojutsu, of the Uchiha Clan from the Village Hidden in the Leaves, that grants it users an enhanced perception on levels only surpassed by that of the Byakugan. However unlike their white-eyed counterparts the Sharingan grants its users an enhanced precognition, resulting in a higher reaction speed than most. As well as granting them the abilities to perceive the inner workings of magic even be able to mimic spells they've seen up to the 7 level, given they have the ability to use magic.

Sharingan- As a bonus action you can activate this eye, granting you enhanced sight and dark vision up 90ft in dim and 75ft in dark areas. 

Enhanced Eyesight- Whilst your sight isn't perfect compared to that of the Byakugan, it's still something to behold as it grants you a bonus 3 to passive perception an investigation, as well as advantage on perception and investigation checks, while your Sharingan is active.

Crimson-Eyed Terror- The fearsome red eyes of the Sharingan are known far and wide, putting fear into the hearts of even the strongest of creatures, because of this while your eyes are active all who see them, at the start of their turn, must roll a constitution saving throw that exceeds 12 + the users charisma modifier or be paralyzed in fear. This does not effect allies or creatures immune to being frightened or creatures that are blind. You also gain advantage on intimidation checks.

Precognition- Due to the high perception speed granted by your eye while active, you gain a second reaction, and the dodge and disengage actions as a reactions, as well as advantage on dexterity saving throws to any attack or magic attack you can see.

Mimic Magic- Due to your ability to to perceive the inner workings of magic with your Sharingan eye(s) active, you gain the ability to mimic any spell you see or have seen while your Sharingan was active up to the 7th level, granted you already have the ability to use magic. However each time you do so you use a charge of your Sharingan based off the level of the spell copied. 

1st  - 3rd level = 1 charge , 4th and  5th levels = 2 charges, 6th  level = 3 charges, and 7th level = 5 charges

Notes: Bonus: Passive Perception, Bonus: Passive Investigation, Advantage: Investigation, Advantage: Intimidation, Advantage: Perception, Sense: Blindsight, Once attuned the user can not remove this items attunement without the removal of their eye(s).
