Posted Nov 13, 2024A bit late to be replying here, but from the reading I've just done on this it would appear there are two schools of thought.
If you're playing "by the book" (btb) or following the rules as written (raw), then no monks cannot use potions.
But if you're inclined to allow it in your own homebrew rules, then it's up to you to determine how & why monks in your game *can* use a potion and receive its effect.
