Short Description: The Scrying Spyglass of the Shuffling Skeleton allows the user to ask a small dancing skeleton for a hint to a question. This feature is only available once a week. 

The SSotSS is a small wooden spyglass about 2 inches wide and 1 foot long. The surface of the object shimmers and changes in the light. When you twist the spyglass, while holding it up to your eye, you will see the typical image of a kaleidoscope but dancing in the foreground is a silly skeleton. Once the skeleton stops dancing, you may ask it one question and it will,  through the use of 30 seconds of charades, attempt to give you a hint. Here are the requirements of the charade game: 

• The skeleton is completely silent.
• You may not ask a yes/no question. 
• You may not ask any question that has a specific number as the answer. 
• You many not attempt to spell out a specific word using charades, drawing letters, or using sign language. 
• You cannot have the skeleton point to a specific person or object. 

The skeleton can only hint. You can guess based on the hint, but the skeleton will not confirm or deny the accuracy of your guess. 

Example ONE: Instead of saying "will this potion be good, or bad for me" you might say "what powers will drinking this potion grant me?" and the skeleton might pretend to be a strong-person, or pretend to be a bird, or interact with an invisible object. 

Example TWO: Instead of asking "is there a secret way to open this door?" you could ask: "where might I find a hint to opening this locked door?" and the skeleton might mime the door opening and closing and there being something on the ground to look for, or might pretend to read some books- letting you know to check the bookcase. 

SIDE EFFECT: After asking a question the Kaleidoscope does something to the user's eye. It might give you a funny black eye, it might give you eye shadow and mascara, it might change your eye's color for 24 hours. It's up to the skeleton. 

You can look in the kaleidoscope whenever you want. The skeleton might be doing something interesting each time you look.

At the DM/GM's discretion if you can make the skeleton laugh, (the DM/GM) they might grant you one extra use for the week.
