While you wear this cloak with its hood up, you gain +5 to dexterity (Stealth) checks made in bright light and +7 to dexterity (Stealth) checks made in dim light. This cloak also removes any need for the wearer to sleep. You still need to rest to regain long rest dependent resources, but the wearer does not need to sleep to rest.
