A magical pen that vaporises any liquid placed in it. The pen can be used to vaporise elixirs or potions to either be inhaled by nearby creatures within 5 ft. or by the user. Using the pen requires 1 bonus action.

When using the pen to vaporise a healing potion, the healing dice are maximised. When using the pen to vaporise an elixir or potion that causes a creature to make a saving throw, the creature makes the saving throw at disadvantage (except if the creature does not inhale air).
