The wearers Charisma is increased by 2, and has Advantage and a plus 2 bonus on Charisma Checks against those sexually attracted to them*, or those in high society. If both conditions are met, the bonus is plus 4.

Curse. Once you don this cursed Necklace, it is automatically attuned, and you can't doff it unless you are targeted by the Remove Curse spell or similar magic. While wearing the necklace, your body becomes that of a beautiful woman, the cloths you're currently wearing, plus any non feminine clothing you attempt to wear,  turn into regal, feminine attire while worn, and you are compelled to behave like a woman of noble birth, including speech pattern and decorum.
