As an action you may speak the command word: "Ahem!" And open the scroll dramatically. If you do, the scroll will provide you with an answer to the latest question you heard at random. You automatically speak the answer out loud as you open the scroll. It might be useful or it might be useless, but hey - you asked! 

Notes: To attune, you must spend an hour asking questions, but not answering them.
