This suit of armor consists of a coat and skirt of leather covered with overlapping Yuan-Ti scales. The suit includes gauntlets and greaves. 

Serpentine Agility. While wearing this suit of armor, you can apply your full Dexterity modifier (instead of a maximum of +2) when determining your Armor Class. In addition, this armor does not impose disadvantage on your Dexterity (Stealth) checks.

Yuan-Ti Resistance. Once a Druid or Ranger attunes to the armor, you gain advantage on saving throws against spells.

As a member of the Golgari Swarm, Daekian believes in death as a part of the cycle of life, and thus any bodily remains are not something to be valued beyond their potential repurposing utility. On one of his many adventures, he ran into a group of Yuan-Ti scouting a small village that would have been raided if him and his party did not intervene. After the battle was fought and won, he collected the scales and fangs from several Yuan-Ti, and had the smiths from the Swarm craft him this suit of armor, in accordance to both his Druidic and Golgari beliefs

This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
