Weapon (greatsword), artifact (requires attunement by a Requires Attunement by a paladin of Lawful or Chaotic Alignment )

A blade that writhes with both holy and unholy energy, entirely at odds with itself. It feels as though it's in its own constant horrid pain, being a fusion of blades from across all walks of life, the Allseer at it's core used as a battery for it's own horrid false life. The blade is sentient, but is unable to impart its thoughts or emotions on to the wielder, only able to silently howl within itself, for an existence that should have never been.

Properties - You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. The weapon has a reach of 10ft and deals a critical hit on rolls of 19 or 20.

Allseers' Suffering - When attuned to this weapon, you gain the following benefits:
- The wielder is granted your proficiency bonus in charges. You can use 1 charge to cast Truesight for 1 minute on yourself, you may also use 1 charge to cast detect thoughts.
- The wielder can choose to, gain advantage of both Perception and Insight checks, as well as imposing disadvantage on any insight check against you.
-The wielder can allow the blade to release its suffering, emitting a Psychic screech a 30 ft radius around you. All creatures within that radius must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or suffer 3d10 psychic damage and be afflicted with Confusion, taking half as much on a success and avoiding the confused condition. Once used in this way, you can't do so again until a long rest.

Shifting Blade - This weapon can take one of 2 forms during combat. As an action, you can choose to shift the blade to the Form of Fell Omen or the Form of Exalted Purpose, only benefiting from the boons of the form you choose.

Form of Fell Omen

Ominous Slash Roll at advantage. Take the first option as your initial roll, if both attacks would have hit the target, shadow wreathes the wound, preventing magical healing from curing the target for 1d4 rounds.

Hunger of the Fallen - The weapon deals 3d6 extra Necrotic damage, which ignores immunity. Any Necrotic damage dealt by this weapon heals the user equal to the damage done.

Form of Exalted Purpose

Spellwrought Strike - Upon a hit, should the target you're striking have spell slots available, the blade absorbs the highest available spell slot. Should the target not have spell slots, they must make a DC 15 con save or suffer 1 level of exhaustion.

Chilling Justice -  The weapon deals an additional 2d6 Cold or Radiant damage (Your choice) to a target.

Semi-Sentience - The amalgam holds a partial soul within its heart, not quite formed, but enough for the amalgam to feel simple emotions. It has an Intelligence of 8, a Wisdom of 12, and a Charisma of 18. It has hearing and Darkvision out to a range of 120 feet. It can understand common and has control very slightly over its movements, only able to nudge its wielder towards what it desires.

Proficiency with a Greatsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.
