Potion, rare
A spellcaster can drink this potion to regain one spell slot. The level of the spell slot regained depends on the potion’s rarity, as shown in the Potions of Mana table. Whatever its potency, the potion’s blue liquid glimmers when agitated. If a creature that is unable to cast spells drinks this potion, it has no effect.
