A cold and dark needle like item created form a glossy, black stone. Has a cold and dark arcane aura about it that unsettles who ever is nearby. Evidently foreign to the material plane and from somewhere far and distant.
the blade is sentient and is used by the cult to animate horrific creatures made from corpses of the slain. It will attempt to communicate with its user. It will also shrink or enlarge to adjust to the size of a new user.
The blade does 2d8 magical damage regularly. On a successful attack roll of 14 and up against any creature the blade does a bonus 4d6 necrotic damage. It also grants 14 + half of the necrotic damage as temporary hit points. Finally any successful attacks done on aberrations are automatically critical hits against them.
the blade can also be used as a animator of the dead and can stitch two or more dead bodies together and placed between them causing them to reanimate. The creature will obey it’s creator as long as the blade is attuned to them. Communicate with DM for grafted creature’s stat sheet.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
