The Somersault Cloud is a semi-intelligent mount of celestial origin. Crafted from elemental air and a sense of carefree whimsy, this cloud can be used to fly overland quickly. 

This cloud is roughly 2 feet by 3 feet by 5 feet and has a flying speed of 80 feet. It can carry up to 200 pounds, but its flying speed becomes 40 feet while carrying over 100 pounds. 

The somersault cloud can be dismissed without any action. The cloud flies away harmlessly when dismissed, or instead of going indoors or underground.

While you have an unobstructed line of effect to the sky on the Material Plane, you can use one of the actions listed below. 

Summon Cloud: As an action, you shout into the sky for the cloud to come to you. When you do, you can choose to mount the cloud as part of the same action used to summon it. If you choose not to mount the cloud, it hovers harmlessly within 5 feet of your space. 

Heavenly Assistance: As a bonus action, you can command the cloud to help an ally. When you do so, choose any single willing creature within 5 feet of the cloud. They can then use their reaction to mount the cloud on your turn. 

Special. Celestial creatures can summon the somersault cloud on any plane that has a sky as long as they have an unobstructed line of effect to the sky.
