The bearer of the ring will have the ability to use the ring twice, which can be replenished after a long rest. When using the ring, you roll a d20, you get a 1-5, the user's target does not tell the truth, 6-14, they can choose what to answer true or not, but they have to answer one true, 15+ you can ask one question, with the truth revealed, the target gets to decide how to answer the truth though. You can not use it twice on a person, after a short rest you can again on the same person, but not right after.
