You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
This blade was crafted by Halfling Gem-Smiths to be wielded by their societies lore keepers. The blade is entirely made out of crystal and has three smaller crystals orbiting around the guard, these crystals shifts in hue from purple to blue depending on how the light catches them.
While attuned to this weapon, you may expend a point of Bardic Inspiration to imbue one of the crystals with the power of your storytelling causing the crystal to emit a pleasant, high ringing sound, if you imbue multiple crystals they ring in harmony . You may choose to spend a charged crystal on a successful attack roll to deal Psionic damage equal to your Bardic Inspiration die + your proficiency bonus, causing the orbiting crystal to shatter. Once a crystal is spent it will not return until the end of your next long rest and any unused crystals become dormant again.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
Notes: Bard, Finesse, Vex
