You must swear loyalty/allegiance to the mummy lord Zin-Ra-Kut and allow him to put his symbol(the Egyptian symbol of life) on you with his palm, granting this armor and the symbol which you can talk out loud and the Mummy lord can hear you as well as talk to you.

This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
