Once the Scepter of Ra has been activated(Action)you can use it for the next 3 turns(4 when weapon is maxed).However all your current weapons will automatically be put back into your inventory.(All magical weapons require 2 hands to hold)
you can use this magical weapon with ranged healing for your allies and slowing capability for your enemies
At level one, the Scepter offers a standard but high damaging melee attack along with the Ray of Life ranged beam that burns enemies whilst slowing their movement speed drastically and that can heal allies.
Melee damage consists of 1d4+3 pericing damage with a Range of 5ft. 1d4+4 2nd lvl.When maxed Special weapon does 1D4+5
Ray of Life damage towards enemies 1D4(slows down enemies with pot shots and stops enemies for 1 full turn using a full blast shot)with a Range of 25ft. 2D4 +1 on 2nd lvl.When maxed special weapon does 3D4+2
Ray of Life healing towards allies 2D4 on 1st lvl 4d4+1 on 2nd lvl.When maxed special weapon does 6d4+3
Note*Full blast shots use up more of your turns that you have with that special weapon until it goes on cool down.So if you use a full blast shot on a enemy to stop them for a full turn after just activating you have 1 more turn with that special weapon.If your special weapon is maxed and you use a full blast shot on a enemy you will still have 2 more turns with it until cool down.You can full blast 2 enemies when your special weapon is maxed but your weapon will be on cool.
When you reach level two, the Scepter gains the ability of Vigor, gaining the user resistance against any Catalyst type zombie and any sort of status effect while it is active.
Resistance to 2 of the 4 elements for the next 2 rounds. Fire damage,Ice damage,Lightning damage and Posion damage.

At level three, the Scepter maxes out in potential and unlocks the ability of Shining Beacon which allows the Scepter to be implanted into the ground, causing a bubble to appear around the Scepter for that turn. This bubble acts similar to the Ray of Life in that it both damages and slows down enemies while reviving any downed players that crawl into it's area.
Note* Using Shining Beacon will heal all allies in radius area of 15ft of the giving them 30 Hp.If unconscious as long as you reach the bubble it will automatically clear all death saving throws and bring there health to 15 Hp.
Enemies that enter Shining Beacon Must make A DEX saving.If they fail enemies must take 4D8+4 radiant Damage.Half as much if they pass but is super slowed causing them to barely move(imagine there walking in slow motion just like in the movies)
