This magical tongue replaces a creature’s tongue. The creature may choose to cut out their own tongue and replace it or replace a missing tongue from a previous injury. While the creature is using this magic item their Charisma Score is changed to 23 unless it is already higher than 23. They also gain a +3 to all Charisma Checks such as persuasion and deception.
