The upgraded version of the "Holy whip", this is the final version of the whip of alchemy. Made whole by the sacrifice of a pure soul". As the final version of the whip, this weapon is considered a +3 for attack and hit purposes. Its single purpose - to visit true death unto evil beings. This weapon deals an extra 2d8 of radiant damage to undead, demons and devil type enemies.
It also gains the vicious weapon property ( When you roll a 19 or 20 on your attack roll with this magic weapon, the target takes an extra 7 damage of the weapon’s type).
Final rest. Damage from this weapon invalidates any kind of regeneration from undead, demons and devils until the start of the next round.
The final version of the whip has a 15 foot reach.
Holy Cross. If the wielder is also in possession of the grand cross he can choose to expend all his spells slots into an explosion of holy energy, this explosion hits any evil aligned creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on the wielder. Targets must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 8d6 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Evil beings cannot save.
Proficiency with a Flail allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
